Me'aisem Cycle Loop: Map, Loops & Facts

The loop

Me'aisem is the opposite of a headline track: no Burj Al Arab backdrop, no desert horizon, just a steady ~9 km lap around a working neighbourhood. The circuit rings Me'aisem 1, the district that contains Dubai Production City's offices and low-rise apartment blocks, with City Centre Me'aisem as the obvious landmark and natural start point. The length is measured from the lane geometry on our live map, since no official figure for this loop has been published anywhere we can find. Across Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street to the south sits Jumeirah Golf Estates, and a local directory lists a cycling track along that street too; how the two connect is on our field-ride list. If you live in this corner of Dubai, this is your everyday lap. If you are travelling for a ride, the Al Qudra desert network is 20 minutes further out and the better destination.

Getting there & parking

Me'aisem 1 sits just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road on Dubai's southwestern edge, wedged between Jumeirah Village, Sports City and Jumeirah Golf Estates. Driving is the realistic option for most visitors: aim for City Centre Me'aisem and start from there. The mall's parking is the obvious rider base, though we are still confirming its rules and the free street alternatives. Public transport is thinner here than at the city-centre tracks: buses serve Dubai Production City's internal streets, and the Route 2020 metro branch runs along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road nearby, but we have not yet field-checked a sensible station-to-loop link.

Facilities

There are no track-side facilities in the way Kite Beach or Al Qudra riders would understand them: no rental hut, no marked rest stops, and no water fountains that we can confirm from desk research. What the loop does have is a full shopping mall on its shoulder: City Centre Me'aisem covers toilets, air conditioning, a Carrefour for water and food, and cafés for the post-lap coffee. Ride self-sufficient, plan the mall as your single service point, and you have everything a ~9 km community lap actually needs. We have found no bike rental operating at the loop, so bring your own bike.

What riders should know

Treat Me'aisem as a shared neighbourhood space. The lap threads a district where people live and work, which means driveway crossings, school-run traffic in the morning and late afternoon, pedestrians and delivery riders on and around the lane, and parked cars near the mall. Early morning gives you the quietest, coolest laps, the same rule as every Dubai track, and matters more here in summer because we cannot yet confirm any shade on the circuit. A ~9 km lap is a useful training unit if you are happy riding repeats, but riders chasing uninterrupted speed should use the floodlit circuits at Nad Al Sheba or the long desert lines at Al Qudra instead, and keep Me'aisem for the easy local spin it is built to be.
